Important!
To complete your application process we need you to send us a completed Harbour IT Application Form, a Payment Request Form and the Category D Customer Declaration Form (which you will receive directly from the Department of Broadband Communications and the Digital Economy within 7 days of us registering your application), and then you're set to go! Should you not receive your Customer Declaration form within 7 days or recieve a declaration form with a Category A, B or C and believe you can not get a metro-comparable service please call the Department on 1800 883 488. You will need to advise the department that you have contacted other non-satellite service providers and advise they were not available to provide you with a metro-comparable service.
What happens Next?
Once we received the above paperwork from you, we will complete your application process and call you to confirm that everything is good to go. We will then notify our installation technicians who will contact you shortly thereafter to arrange a time and date for installation. Installation is usually completed within 2 - 4 weeks after we receive your completed forms.
