Eligibility for australian Broadband guarantee
To be eligible for a Harbour IT Australian Broadband Guarantee service you need to be one of the following customer types:
- a residential customer; or
- a small business with 20 or fewer permanent full time employees; or
- a not-for-profit organisation with 20 or fewer permanent full time employees; or
- a not-for-profit organisation that intends to provide public access Internet facilities; or
- an Indigenous Community Council (no employee limit)
and
- not be able to access ADSL or other metro comparable service.
