What is my SW7, SW8 or SY1 (Circuit ID) number

Your HarbourSat SW8, SW7 or SY1 Number (Also known as the Circuit ID) is normally located on a sticker on top of your Satellite Modem. Please type your SW8 or SY1 number into the first field above – exactly as it is on the sticker ie SW7-123456 or SY1-123456.
Please see below if your modem does not have a sticker.

What is my CPA?

The CPA is normally is located on a sticker on top of your Satellite Modem. Please enter your CPA number into the second of the two fields above – exactly as it is on the sticker. See below if your modem does not have a sticker. Your CPA is a 4 or 5 digit number.

How to obtain your SW7 / SW8 / SY1 or CPA Numbers from HarbourIT

You can obtain your SW7 / SW8 / SY1 or CPA number through either of the following option.

• Email support@harbourit.com.au and request your SW8/SY1 and CPA numbers. In the email you will need to include the your name, address. The information will only be emailed to your nominated HarbourSat email account for privacy reasons.
• Call the HarbourSat HelpDesk on 1-300-307-832 and request your SW8/SY1 and CPA numbers. One of our HelpDesk personnel will be able to email of fax this information to you. You will be required to provide the name your HarbourSat account was opened in and your address. The information will be emailed to your nominated HarbourSat email account for privacy reasons.
