HarbourSat - Your NBN Retail Service Provider (RSP)
Even though HarbourSat was recently chosen as one of 7 NBN retail service providers (NBN RSPs), our role is different than how consumers would have dealt with HarbourSat in the past. As a high speed internet provider with the Australian Government's Australian Broadband Guarantee, in addition to being your RSP, HarbourSat was also your one stop shop for installation and rebates. With the establishment of the NBN Co, the cost of the equipment and the installation of all dish and other terminal equipment will now be covered by the NBN Co and remain the property of NBN Co.
The good news is that HarbourSat will still remain your NBN provider offering a wide range of affordable prices and plans. The introduction of the NBN will bring competiveness back to the market and we encourage everybody who takes up the services to review the range of offers available and note any contract terms and conditions (the real fine print when it comes to price).
